1. When you need us, we’ll be there. Our large, highly-trained team of technicians and drivers is committed to taking care of your needs, no matter what Mother Nature throws at us.
2. If you have an equipment issue, we fix it right the first time. If the same part breaks within a year, we will repair it at no cost.
3. We guarantee our prices will be fair. You never have to wonder if you are paying too much, and our various service packages ensure you get the best possible value.
4. We sell and service a wide range of heating and cooling systems and stand behind all our work. We guarantee all system installations for one year. We take great pride in what we do and always ensure that you are happy with the result. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your new heating system, we will do everything in our power to put things right at no additional cost to you. If we are unable to deliver on your expectations within one year of the initial job, we will remove the heating system free of charge and refund every penny you paid.
5. You won’t run out of fuel on automatic delivery. We’ll monitor your use and deliver when it’s time to keep you warm.
6. We make things easier for you. You can use our online portal to check payments, schedule deliveries and request service — when it’s convenient for you. You can also get financing for equipment purchases, spread out your fuel payments and have your fuel delivered automatically.
7. We show up when we say we will. If by any chance we are delayed for a scheduled repair call and don’t alert you ahead of time, we’ll give you the first hour of service free.
8. We leave your home as clean as we found it. Count on us to treat your space with respect and care.
