As a Total Comfort customer, you can also have access to price protection options on your heating oil or propane, heating oil tank protection, propane tank monitoring and our Smart Pay Budget Plan with low, stable monthly payments.
This is our most popular option. The average Total Comfort customer saves $250 annually!
With the Flex Option, you don’t need to check a tank gauge or contact us for fuel. The Sail Energy team will track your heating oil or propane usage and arrange automatic deliveries for you, so you never have to worry about running out.
You’ll receive a 10¢-per-gallon discount on your fuel and the maximum discount at our Turner gas station.
Plus, you can choose à la carte price protection, budget, tank monitoring, service plans and access to evening and weekend service (at a higher rate) for additional peace of mind.
The DIY Option is for customers who want to contact us when they need a premium heating oil or propane delivery. When you order your fuel using our convenient online portal, you’ll even receive a discount. We’ll deliver it to you promptly, and you’ll receive the largest per-gallon discount on your fuel. Plus, you’ll receive a discount at our Turner gas station.
You can still request equipment service during regular business hours. However, the service rate will be higher than with other options, and after-hours and weekend service won’t be available. You also won’t have access to price protection, budget plans, credit terms or other popular Sail Energy conveniences.
